Coronavirus: An Update from Citydeal Estates

As the COVID-19 situation continues to develop, please be assured we remain resolutely committed to safeguarding the health and security of our people and you, our valued clients and customers.

We are strictly adhering to all government guidelines and are reviewing the situation on a constant basis. We are constantly updating our team with any changes to guidelines and are ensuring that our strict hygiene standards are maintained throughout, for the benefit of our staff, our clients and any other third party we may interact with during the course of our viewings, inspections, etc. If we become aware of any suspected contact, or if anyone is symptomatic, they are being asked to self-isolate for the recommended time period. Please be assured that no one will be allowed to conduct business if we feel there is even the slightest risk.

Equally, we would ask that you let us know if there is any reason that our colleagues should not be visiting the property you live in or meeting with you in person. The reasons could include self-isolation or if you have exhibited any symptoms.  

Citydeal Estates are committed to helping our clients and will be working as normal during these challenging times. We will be operating a 'business as usual' policy, and will continue to offer appraisals and viewings in our sales and lettings departments, and all of our support teams - including property management, renewals, client support, accounts and marketing - will also continue to operate as normal subject to government advice.
